As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will use your existing marketing skills to contribute to our remaster of Dungeon Rampage, a 2.5D Hack-and-Slash game made in Flash.

Gamebreaking Studios is looking for someone with experience marketing games and managing game communities to assist in executing and refining Dungeon Rampage's go-to market strategy. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys building communities, contributing and maintaining the tone of the game, while having the ability to work independently in the process. Responsibilities:

  • Refine the Dungeon Rampage’s marketing strategy from Early Access to 1.0 and live operations if needed.
  • Refine the Dungeon Rampage’s positioning, messaging and target audiences.
  • Assist in growing and engaging with the Game’s community across Discord & Steam, interfacing with the development team.
  • Assist in influencer & PR outreach, vetting and ongoing relationship management.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets (screenshots, GIFs, and video clips) and oversee the overarching strategy for social media campaigns across platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and report on wishlist conversions, funnel metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate game updates and development progress.

Qualifications:

  • Having shipped an III/AA/AAA game in the last 2 years.
  • Experience with Email Marketing tools like Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Experience with influencer outreach or management tools like Sully Gnome, Streamforge.
  • Strong written communication & time management skills with the ability to adapt to each channel specific audience.
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2)

  • Existing relationships with creators, press, or gaming influencers.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, paid user acquisition, or performance marketing.
